Every individual begins with a comprehensive evaluation of their exercise habits, nutrhitional foundation, mindset patterns, and lifestyle behaviors. This consultation identifies strengths, gaps, and priority areas for growth.

Every individual completes a simple but powerful weekly check-in measuring their habits, stress levels, energy, workload alignment, and resilience markers. Their inputs map to a Perseverance Score that tracks how well foundational systems are being maintained.
